GRAHAM COUNTY — A Graham County man is behind bars after he allegedly broke out car and house windows, and set fire to a portion of the yard of a home on East Nelson Place.

Graham County Sheriff’s deputies found the man, identified as Brandon Gann, on top of his homemade, two-story plywood structure. Deputies reported Gann appeared to be in a hyper, aggravated state, and was talking about prostitution, and 12 girls being abducted and raped. Gann is reported to have said that’s why he committed the damage, to scare off the perpetrators.

Deputies were eventually able to convince Gann to come down and he was taken into custody without further incident.

He was booked into Graham County Jail on charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct, as well as an outstanding warrant.
