SAFFORD — A change is coming for some users of the Safford City-Graham County Library.

Starting Monday, Jan. 8, the log-in for some services will require a new password, which will be the last four digits of the user’s phone number on record.

“We’re really trying to make sure that our accounts are secured, and this is one small way we can just change the pass codes to something that’s a little more unique to the individual,” said Library Director Victoria Silva.

User name will remain the user’s library card number.

The change applies to library account access, the CloudLibrary — which includes e-books and e-audio books — Libby magazines and for computer use within the library.

For more information talk to staff at the library, or call 928-432-4165.
