Kenneth Lee Phelps, 75, of Safford, passed away October 18, 2016 at his home with his loving family at his side. He was born January 19, 1941 in Sundown, Texas to Brigham & Hazel Phelps.
A memorial service for Kenneth will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Solomon Chapel.
