SAFFORD — Graham County Juvenile Probation is conducting a food drive to help the homeless served by Gila Valley Samaritan Home.
Samaritan home needs a number of wrapped, non-perishable, non-expired food items for distribution to the unhoused during the summer months, including:
- Protein bars
- Electrolyte packets
- Water bottles and other drinks
- Granola and Nutrigrain bars
- Jerky
- Peanut butter and cheese crackers
- Fruit snacks and fruit cups
- Tuna packs
- Trail mix
- Pretzels
- Rice Krispees
Donated items will be accepted at the Juvenile Probation Office, 919 Thatcher Blvd., behind the Graham County General Services Building.
The food drive is running now through July 10.
