Jackie Dean Quinn passed away on March 4, 2023. Jackie was born on December 12, 1940, to Harleigh and Eva Bancroft. She attended school in Morenci, Arizona and after graduating from high school, married her husband Bob Quinn on June 4, 1959.
The marriage welcomed two children, Steven and Cathy. Many may know Jackie from her time working at Morenci Valley Bank and the Greenlee County Assessor’s office. In 1976 Jackie was elected as the Greenlee County Treasurer and served in that capacity until retiring in 2000. During her tenure as Treasurer, she also served as the President of the Arizona Association of Counties in 1993.
Jackie is preceded in death by: her husband, Bob; her father, mother, and sister, Peggy. She leaves: two children, Steven (Stacey), Cathy (Don); five grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at Vining Funeral Home’s “Chapel of the Valley” on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
