SAFFORD —The Horne Auto Group continues to grow, adding a second dealership in the Gila Valley.
Horne Auto Group announced Tuesday its newest dealership is Horne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Safford, formerly Arizona Dodge.
“We are happy and excited to expand our service in the Gila Valley with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram lines,” said Tony Griffin, Horne general manager. “Combining the award-winning Horne Service and Sales departments with these brands is exciting for our staff, and we look forward to many years and meeting new people at both our dealerships.”
In addition to the two auto dealerships in Graham County — Horne Freedom Ford is in Thatcher — Horne Auto Group operates 13 other dealerships across the state, including two in Globe, two in Apache Junction, and three in Show Low.
Horne Automotive Group was started in 1991 when Robert C. Horne purchased his first Chevrolet dealership in Show Low. He continues to run the organization today along with sons Aaron, Adam, Andrew and Michael, and his son-in-law Martin P. Jones.
