SAFFORD — For the second year in a row, the Gila Watershed Partnership is conducting its Fall Native Plant Sale virtually.

To order, log on to www.gwpaz.org/fall-plant-sale.

“You can see online pictures of all the plants and, of course, prices and quantities. It’s just like any other virtual store; you purchase them that way and then come and pick them up,” said Steve Plath, Native Plant Nursery manager.

Hundreds of plants are for sale, including native desert trees, cacti, succulents, native grasses, pollinator plants and more.

Every Friday, GWP schedules times for plant pick-up at its greenhouse on Eastern Arizona College’s Discovery Park Campus.

The sale continues until Oct. 22. All funds raised from the sale supports Gila Watershed Partnership’s effort to improve the water quality and ecosystem condition of the Upper Gila Watershed.
