SAFFORD — Ready for the big time?
Those attending the 2023 Graham County Fair will have the chance to show off at the Rising Star Talent Contest.
There are multiple chances to demonstrate performing skill. Instrumental and band performers will take the stage Thursday, Oct. 5, starting at 5 p.m.; dancers and gymnasts will be the focus Friday, Oct. 6, starting at 1 p.m.; and singers will get the spotlight Saturday, Oct. 7, starting at 10:30 a.m.
Performers will compete for cash prizes in four age categories: Tiny Tots (ages 0-6), Pre-Teen (7-12), Juniors (13-17) and Seniors (18 and older). First place winners in each category receive $30, second place, $20, and third place $10.
