SAFFORD — Visitors to Roper Lake State Park this weekend will have the opportunity to learn more about native flora.
Geocache Plants will take place Saturday, starting at 8 a.m.
State Parks rangers will lead a guided hike, teaching about the plants native to the park, and how they deal with the climate.
The guided tour is free with park admission. Participants will meet at the Mariah Mesa Trailhead.
