SAFFORD — Arizona Game and Fish is asking for the public’s help to determine who cut the locked gate to Cluff Ranch Pond No. 3.
The gate is closed at night to reduce the size of crowds gathering there.
Game and Fish reports the hinges to the gate were cut sometime Saturday night.
