FORT THOMAS — The Fort Thomas Unified School District announced plans for a district exclusive back-to-school event.
The event will take place July 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Mt. Turnbull Academy in Bylas.
The district is seeking those who wish to participate, specifically what can be provided for students’ backpacks. There are about 650 students in the district.
Also those who wish to share information with students and families about services offered may volunteer to set up at the event. Volunteers must provide their own tables and chairs.
Those who wish to help can volunteer at Form – FTUSD SOAR Back to School Resource Fair.
The back-to-school fair serving all schools in Graham and Greenlee counties, sponsored by the Graham County Substance Abuse Coalition, will take place July 16 at Eastern Arizona College.
