Arizona is beginning August with extreme heat warnings issued for seven counties, including Graham. Greenlee and Cochise.
The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning for:
- Maricopa County: August 1-2
- Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima, Pinal, and Santa Cruz Counties: August 1-3
- Coconino County (ongoing): through August 3
Daytime highs are expected to be up to 114°F.
