SAFFORD — The Graham County Chamber of Commerce brought back an old favorite under a new name Thursday.

The first Chamber Soiree took place at Gypsy Souls Design.

“It’s just a way for businesses to get to know other business owners, and it’s a chamber membership benefit,” said Brittany Hernandez, deputy director for the chamber.

Owner Michael Dean offered visitors a tour of his shop and explained the services Gypsy Souls Design provides, including CNC plasma cutting, CNC pipe cutting, sand blasting and powder coating.

He explained that while much of the work is done under corporate contract — such as work for the Freeport mines, and local UTV and ATV shops — he also wants the public to know they can order custom items for their homes and businesses, such as the new sign he crafted for the Freedom Church on U.S. Highway 191.

Gypsy Souls Design is located at 4520 U.S. Highway 191 in Safford, and is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

The Chamber Soiree will take place the first Thursday of every month. For more information about membership and hosting a Soiree, call 928-428-2511 or go to Chamber Membership – Graham County Chamber of Commerce (grahamchamber.org).
