Desert Cross providing drive-thru rabies clinics

DUNCAN — The Health Departments for Graham and Greenlee counties are partnering with Desert Cross Veterinary Clinic for a series of drive-through rabies clinics.

On Saturday, May 2, Desert Cross will be in Greenlee County providing rabies vaccinations for $20. The program is available for dogs, cats, horses, cows, sheep and goats.

In addition, Greenlee County Animal Control will be onsite with tags for animals.

Clinics will take place:

  • 7-9 a.m. — Greenlee County Fairgrounds in Duncan
  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. — York Park
  • 11 a.m. to noon — Loma Linda Park
  • 1-4 p.m. — Morenci Corrals

On Saturday, May 9, the drive-through rabies clinic moves to Graham County, at:

  • 7-8:30 a.m. — Fort Thomas High School
  • 9-11:30 a.m. — Pima Swimming Pool
  • 12:30-4 p.m. — Graham County Fairgrounds in Safford

All animals must remain in a vehicle or trailer.
