GRAHAM COUNTY — Graham County Sheriff’s deputies were able to help a woman with crisis counseling, after she had reportedly been chasing children on dirt bikes.
The reporting party said she had witnessed the woman run the dirt bikes off the road as well as driving through a neighborhood at a high rate of speed.
When deputies arrived, they found the woman in her parked truck. She was crying and said claimed she went for a drive to clear her head, but the children on the dirt bikes had been throwing things at her.
She did not have a valid driver’s license, so deputies contacted a family member to transport her and the truck. The deputy also arranged for Crisis counselors to speak with the woman once she arrived at her home.
