City of Safford wants input from local builders, developers

SAFFORD — The City of Safford will host this week the second event in its Spotlight series, this time focusing on local builders and developers.

Spotlight on Development will take place Thursday, July 18, from 7-9 a.m., at the Safford City Library Annex, 814 S. Central Ave.

Safford City Manager John Cassella will welcome everyone as the keynote speaker to discuss and offer an update on city resources and regulations pertaining to further development within the city. Builders and developers will also have an opportunity to participate in open discussions with members from City of Safford Utilities, Planning and Community Development and the Graham County Building Inspector.

The program will start with a free continental breakfast and networking at 7 a.m., before the main program begins at 7:30 a.m.
