WASHINGTON, D.C. — One week after meeting with Graham County constituents about funding he was able to secure for projects in Graham and Greenlee counties, U.S. Rep. Juan Ciscomani, R-Ariz., is soliciting requests for the next round of Appropriations.
In his weekly newsletter, Ciscomani inserted a link for the Community Project Funding Request form.
“As a total of $34.1 million has been secured for Fiscal Year 2026 community projects in our district, my office is proud to announce that appropriations requests for Fiscal Year 2027 are now open,” Ciscomani wrote in his newsletter.
The form asks for the name and purpose of the project, amount requested, how the project will benefit Arizona’s Sixth Congressional District, and under which subcommittee the project best fits.
Deadline to submit a request is March 13.
For Fiscal Year 2026, Ciscomani was able to secure in Appropriations $1 million for a road to the new Pima High School, $1.9 million to repair and resurface Main and High streets in Duncan, and $1.2 million for new waterlines at Graham County Fairgrounds.
