SAFFORD — The Safford Library wants everyone to have a good breakfast.
June’s Cooking and Canning Class with the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension will show how to prepare breakfast enchiladas, omelets and Dutch baby pancakes, all with a twist.
“There’s different ways to adapt it, if you’re gluten-free, plant-based, or diabetic friendly,” said Library Supervisor Leslie Talley. The cooking class will take place Wednesday, June 7, starting at 10 a.m., then repeat 5:30 p.m.
There is no cost to attend or participate.
