Average home prices in Graham County nearing $400K

PHOENIX — The median sales price for a home in Graham County is up more than 56 percent from the same time last year.

That’s according to the third quarter housing summary issued by Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.

The median sales price for a home in Graham County is $391,500, and sellers are getting almost 99 percent of list price.

While median sales price is up, average sales prices have dropped about 23 percent, to $395,750.

During the third quarter, four homes were sold, having spent an average of 44 days on the market. The highest price realized was $475,000 for a home in Central, followed by $435,000 for a home in the Pima area, $348,000 for a home in Thatcher and $325,000 for a home in Safford.

As of the end of third quarter, there were nine homes listed for sale.

There were no homes sold in Greenlee County in the third quarter; however two sold in the second quarter — one for $50,000 and the other for $2.5 million.

There was one home listed for sale in Greenlee County at the end of the third quarter.
