PHOENIX — The Arizona Attorney General’s Office has created a new database to help families know which facilities in the state have been accused of elder abuse.

The Elder Abuse Registry is available for download by clicking here, and shows all criminal and civil cases heard at the Superior Court level from March 2021 to May 2025.

“I am proud to increase transparency and finally give aging Arizonans and their loved ones the information that they may need to make informed decisions about their care. I promised to protect our state’s seniors from fraud, neglect and abuse, and by publishing our Elder Abuse Registry, we are doing exactly that,” Attorney General Kris Mayes said in a prepared statement. “My office will continue to aggressively investigate and prosecute senior abuse.”

The registry shows no cases reported in Graham or Greenlee counties over the past four years.
