CLIFTON — A new group is seeking to spread information about events and tourism opportunities across the region.
A five-year planning calendar meeting for the Magnificent Seven Plus One was held in Clifton on June 22.
The Magnificent Seven Plus One is made up of Greenlee, Graham, Cochise and Apache counties in Arizona; and Catron, Grant, Hidalgo and Luna counties in New Mexico.
The purpose of the planning calendar is to allow travelers to identify local events and plan trips more efficiently.
The June and July calendar shows events including live music, hikes, an art walk, farmer’s market and more across all counties.
