SAFFORD — Roper Lake State Park announced it will host a Nature Journaling event this month.
Nature journaling is when a person records their thoughts and observations about the world around them, using words, drawings and found items.
Nature Journaling at Roper Lake State Park will take place Saturday, April 18. Participants will meet at the Island Day Use area at 9 .m.
Participation is free with paid admittance to the park.
