- $4,500 — Pima Junior High School for its General Store program

- $4,980 — Pima Volunteer Fire Department for AED and Stop the Bleed course and kits

- $4,200 — Greenlee County Health Department for the Cody Denogeon Suicide Prevention Walk
- $2,500 — Double R Communications for the annual Elementary School Food Drive to benefit Our Neighbor’s Farm and Pantry
Grant applications for Cycle 4, which focuses on Holiday Giving, will be accepted Sept. 1 through Oct. 10.
The United Way of Graham and Greenlee Counties makes grants to nonprofit, educational and governmental organizations thanks to donations from Freeport-McMoRan Foundation and Freeport employees; employees of the City of Safford, Town of Thatcher and Graham County; and individual donors.
