‘Dreamer’s Easel’ escape room starts July 1 at Safford Library

SAFFORD — One of the Gila Valley’s favorite activities returns July 1.

The annual summer escape room will take place at the Safford City-Graham County Library July 1-24.

“I’m dreaming of that escape room,” said escape room designer Misty Gilbert. “It is the Dreamer’s Easel.”

The room, which offers puzzles to solve in order to unlock the doors and make your way to freedom, is based on this year’s Summer Reading Program theme, Color Our World.

The Dreamer’s Easel escape room is open to everyone 8-years-old and older; however, those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

There is no cost to participate, and the escape room will be available during regular library hours, Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Reservations are required; call 928-432-4165.
