SAFFORD — A Graham County Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony for Peppertree Studios, managed by KeyHole Properties, will take place Thursday, May 8, from 4-7 p.m., with the official ribbon-cutting taking place at 5 p.m.
As part of the ceremony, attendees will enjoy refreshments and guided tours of the property.
“We are excited to welcome Peppertree Studios, managed by KeyHole Properties, to the community and celebrate the availability of more local housing and hospitality options,” said Vance Bryce, executive director for the Chamber of Commerce. “Housing is our first, second, and third priorities for development in Graham County, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate Peppertree Studios’ investment and business development.’ ”
The newly renovated Peppertree Studios, managed by KeyHole Properties, property is located at 1879 W. Pepper Tree Dr. in Safford.
Peppertree Studios, managed by KeyHole Properties, offers 60 studio units, six one-bedroom units and 10 Airbnb studio units; providing many options for both residents and visitors. The facility also boasts amenities such as mini golf, horseshoe pits, cornhole, laundry services and cleaning services. There is also a dedicated recreation room with vending machines.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony is open to the public.
