Pima holding public hearing on proposed annexation

PIMA — The public will get their chance to voice an opinion on an annexation into the Town of Pima.

Pima’s Planning and Zoning Commission will be hold a public hearing on the proposal Thursday, March 13, at 7 p.m., at Town Hall.

The proposal is to annex into the town a 6.2-acre portion of a 25.37-acre parcel in the unincorporated part of Graham County.

The land proposed to be annexed is on the southwest corner of the parcel, bordered by U.S. Highway 70 and South 600 East. It is currently zoned for agriculture by the county, and owners are Sam Daley, and Steven and Amber Harman.
