Nicos Jacob Palma, a correctional officer and a long-life resident of Safford, Arizona, unexpectedly passed away at the age of 39. He was born to Rose M Palma and Paul M Palma on June 25, 1985. He was born and raised in Safford. He was the 5th out of 6 children. Nicos loved his family, he would do anything for the people he loved, both friends and family. He loved and lived for his daughters; Laylah (13), Kyrah (12), Emmah (6). He had 17 nieces and nephews who he loved and adored.
Nicos worked in numerous places. He worked for Thriftee while he was in high school, he worked for Geotemps, as well as working for the Graham County Jail. Finally, he worked for FCI. He made friends in each of those places. He loved spreading the Gospel, bringing many people to the Lord. He went on a mission with his church to Africa.
Nicos is survived by: his mother, Rose M Palma; his siblings, Aline, Frances (Antonio), Paul II, Salina, and Ariel. He was preceded in death by: his daughter, Aryah; Paul Palma Sr., both maternal and paternal Grandparents, and his brother-in-law, Steven Hernandez.
Funeral services for Nick will be conducted Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Grace Tabernacle Church in Safford by Pastor Preston Clonts. Concluding services will follow in the Safford Cemetery.
