Joyce Elaine Rogers, 77, of Claypool Arizona, entered into eternal rest at her daughters’ home in Safford, Arizona, on Sunday, January 19, 2020, surrounded by family.
Joy was born August 15, 1942, in Mishawaka, Indiana, the daughter of Dale Kaiser and Hattie Worthington Kaiser. She was the 4th of 5 children; Don Mclean, 2 stillborn boys and Richard Kaiser. On October 10, 1962, she married James Wallace Rogers.
She is survived by: her husband, Jim Rogers; her daughter, Sheila O’Neill of Safford, AZ; her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda & Michael Brown of Safford, AZ; grandchildren, James Grant Conant Jr, Keri Liann Eck; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Joy was preceded in death by: her son, Kelly James Rogers, and all of her siblings.
Joy loved to play the piano and organ for any occasion. She enjoyed to sew, quilt, embroidery, and make rag dolls. She also enjoyed other crafting with paint, glitter and buttons as well as many other crafting forms.
