SAFFORD — An IreneSophia Art sale will assist those needing help with groceries this month.
Artist Irene Schmoller will open her house Saturday as a fund-raiser for Our Neighbor’s Farm and Pantry.
Available for purchase will be hand-woven natural fiber scarves, towels, table linens and baby blankets; plus original art, unique note cards and yarns, with proceeds to benefit the food bank.

The pantry is open every Tuesday and Thursday, from 10 a.m. to noon and 1-3 p.m., and the third Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Households are limited to one visit each month.
The open house and fund-raiser sale will take place Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 5176 S. 14th Avenue in Safford.
