12-year-old TJ Ward attends 6th grade at Willcox Middle School. TJ is a member or the NHRA ( National Hot Rod Association) Jr drag racing league. He participates in Jr. drag racing at his home track in Tucson, AZ. He has been racing since he was 5 years old and has won several events, including his recent win February 2nd. He is currently the age 6-12 year old points leader in Tucson. TJ has raced in Colorado, Las Vegas, and his home track in Tucson.
He has entered into a contest to use a trailer, manufactured by inTech Trailers of Indiana. If he is chosen he will get to use the beautiful inTech Trailer for a year. TJ has already made it to the top 25 in the Nation out of almost 600 participants.
