US 60 Pinto Creek Bridge closure scheduled for Today (Dec. 10) is canceled

The Tuesday, Dec. 10, closure of US 60 between Superior and Miami for the Pinto Creek Bridge project has been canceled. Due to wet weather, crews are unable to complete preparatory work needed for the next rock blast.

The work schedule for this week has been updated as follows:

Wednesday, Dec. 11 – Lane restrictions and flaggers between 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 12 – Full closure between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Lane restrictions and flaggers, if needed, between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 13 – Lane restrictions and flaggers between 6:30 a.m. and noon.

Motorists should also expect flaggers and possible delays between Superior and Top-of-the-World for a paving and guardrail project.
