Town of Thatcher Offering Athletic Development Training This Summer

The Town of Thatcher in conjunction with Thatcher Head Football Coach Sean Hinton has announced a summer Athletic Development Training.

Athletes will be taught age appropriate training techniques to develop overall athletic ability.
Camp can be broken into two phases: Strength/power training and speed/agility training. Camp will focus on Stretching, proper running mechanics and techniques,functional strength training and plyometrics for athletes as well as proper nutrition. The strength training portion of camp will focus on form and proper technique and will be safe and age appropriate for 5th-8th grade boys and girls. The speed/agility training is safe for all ages and will be open to boys and girls 8-18 years old.

Camp Options:

Option A–  4 days a week strength and speed training. $100 all 4 weeks or $30 per week  Monday –Thursday 5th-8th grade boys/girls.

Option B– 2 days of speed only training $75 for all 4 weeks or $25 per week Tuesday & Thursday  8-18 year old boys & girls.
(Option B is included with purchase of option A)

*$10 off each participant when signing up more then 1 child or if either parent is a teacher.
