It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Teresa M. Jurado, 75, of Safford, on April 14, 2018 in Tucson, Arizona. She was born January 1, 1943 in Bayard, New Mexico to Tereso & Josephine Medina.
Teresa married the love of her life, Joaquin Jurado, on March 9, 1962. She and Joaquin gave life to 8 beautiful kids in Safford, Arizona, followed by 18 Grandchildren and 30 Great-Grandchildren.
Teresa was always surrounded by family and friends and was a very humble, caring and strong woman. She was also a very passionate woman who enjoyed making tamales, going to the casino, watching her grandkids in sporting events and being in the kitchen.
Teresa will always be remembered and greatly loved by her Brothers, Sisters, Children, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Friends.
The Recitation of the Rosary will be on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 at St. Rose of Lima with interment in the Safford Cemetery.
