Safford baseball coach Robert Abalos has been named the Head Coach of Team Black for the 1A-3A Futures All-Star base ball game that will be played on May 29th at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson.
Team Black will be comprised of underclassmen from schools all over Southern Arizona and will take on Team Gold at 7pm May 29th.
Several local players will be competing in this All-Star game. They include:
Eli Madrid, Willcox
AJ Fuentes, Willcox
Patrick Ornales, Safford
Gate admission is $7 and kids 12 and under are free.
