Coming up on Saturday, July 21st there will be some exciting sports games being played here in the Gila Valley!! Some great athletes have already signed up!! It’s all part of the annual “Pioneer Days” events. That morning is the ever-growing Co-ed Volleyball tournament, and in the afternoon … another great 3 on 3 basketball tournament! The deadline for registering is Wednesday, July 18th at 9pm! All of the details of the tournaments, and the registration info can be found on the website: gilavalleypioneerdays.com These tournaments provide a great chance to play some ball with family and friends – whether they live in the Gila Valley or not! In the co-ed volleyball, if you just want recreation, the “B” division is for you; or if you like the more competitive challenges, you’ll want to register for the “A” division! For the 3 on 3 basketball, there is an “Open” division, a “16 and under” division, and a “12 and under” division.
