SAFFORD – Tired of hearing the same songs played again and again on the radio? Then it’s time to tune into Majik 100.7 FM and check out its eclectic variety of the top songs from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
At the start of the new year, we decided to expand our playlist to include the top 100 songs by Billboard in each decade of the 70s, 80s, and 90s. That’s right Verve Pipe fans, and we will be held responsible.
However, in expanding our playlist with our new updated format, there were some songs that were not quite exactly what we had in mind. That’s when we got the great idea to let our listeners help choose what songs they want to hear.
Every couple of weeks we are placing a random set of songs from our playlist for the public to sample and judge whether they want to keep it or not.
To have your voice heard, simply go to kjik.fm and click on the vote tab at the top. That will redirect you to a page with a list of songs along with a snippet of each one for you to peruse and vote.
If you’d like to give more in-depth suggestions, you can also email us a list of songs you think we should play or those that don’t belong aired.
