SAFFORD – Tuesday is Gives Day in Arizona and four area nonprofit organizations are seeking contributions from the community.

All four of this year’s participants are located in Graham County, and include Our Neighbor’s Farm and Pantry, the Boys and Girls Club of the Gila Valley, the Gila Watershed Partnership and Desert Cat Rescue and Sanctuary.

The Arizona Gives Day website allows donors to set up a personal profile to track and manage donations throughout the year.

Arizona Gives Day is overseen by the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits and Arizona Grantmakers Forum. It was started in 2013 and has raised more than $17 million for nonprofits statewide over the past seven years.
