Thatcher, AZ— The Graham County Community College District seeks qualified candidates to fill the District No. 3 board seat vacated by Lance Layton earlier this month. Per Arizona Revised Statutes, this appointment extends through Dec. 31, 2018; the remaining two years will be filled by the successful candidate in the Nov. 2018 Election.
To be eligible for board membership, candidates must have permanent residence in the boundaries of District No. 3. Graham County officers and Eastern Arizona College employees and their spouses are not eligible to become board members.
Qualified residents may obtain a packet for appointment at the Eastern Arizona College District Office located at 615 N. Stadium Avenue in Thatcher.
Applications are due no later than 3 p.m. on March 23, 2018. Packets should be sent to: Eastern Arizona College, Attn: Laurie Pennington, 615 N. Stadium Avenue, Thatcher, Ariz. 85552.
