A drive-thru prayer service is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at The River Church on Highway 191 in Safford. The prayer service will be setup in the church parking lot. The event is being organized by a fairly new church group, Young Leaders for Christ. Membership in the group spans children as young as 11 years old to young adults up to the age of 30.
The group meets two Wednesdays per month and officers a biblical view of the issues young people face today. It also provides a place for young people to meet consistently and grow in a relationship with each other and with God.
